A White Christmas celebration to give a different feel to our usually hot christmas day in Australia! White on white looks stunning and is so easy to create. Adding silver or gold highlights to add a sense of richness to your theme. If you don’t get to use all your expensive stemware during the year, then Christmas is definitely the time to polish the glasses, bring them out of the display cabinet and enjoy them with your family and friends!

With a white on white theme the colours of your delicious food will become the highlight on the table! Silver foiled bon bons and beautifully decorated baubles to dress the table as well as long stem white candles on your favourite crystal candle holders. Crisp white linen and table runner and a frosted white Christmas wreath to adorn your front door, displaying the theme from the moment someone comes to your door.

Simple one colour wrapping can be very tasteful and add a contemporary look to your decor. Try using different elements like sea shells, baubles, feathers, fabrics or beads onto luxurious ribbons, netting or tulles. This will add an interesting touch and will give your gifts and exclusive designer look.

For an ultra easy White Christmas Slice recipe, give this one a try from That’s Life (an oldie but a goodie). It looks and tastes delicious and your guests will think you’ve been baking all day. We love serving them on platters or in large glass candy buffet jars.
