Slightly “over the top” did you say? A little extravagant…over indulgent? Well sure, but you have to admire the craftsmanship of each and every Amazing Creation. Omar really knows how to create a showstopper!

Omar Addihaoui has been gaining a lot of recognition around the world lately and rightfully so, due to his absolutely amazing structural cake designs that he creates for royalty in the Middle East. His talents have been sort after in Kuwait, Dubai, Saudi, Cairo, and other cities throughout the region.

What’s surprising about these cakes (apart from the obvious jaw dropping designs and size) is that they can be completed within days of placing your order due to the large team of pastry chefs at the Opera Cafe.

Chef Omar was quoted as saying ”Cakes can be made in a single day. We are a big team, all of us participating at different levels, and many of our customers are surprised at the pace of our creations at Opera. We can finish a cake in one day. Its not about the size of the cake, it”s about how we are organized.
