Chic & Unique definitely describes this delectable array of gourmet treats! This stunning dessert buffet submitted by Alecia of Boutique Affairs, wowed the guests with vibrant yellow, black and white, making a dramatic statement for the “After Dark” party at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.
The colour palette perfectly matched the RSVP logo and co-ordinated the Dessert Buffet with the entire event. Desserts included dark chocolate cupcakes with sugar blooms, cake pops, vanilla bean cookies, petit fours, lemon meringue pies, chocolate caramel tarts, mini chocolate eclairs, gourmet truffles, personalised chocolate bars and assorted candy in keeping with the colour theme.
The centrepiece was a delicious 5 tier chocolate mud cake…”oh so chic”! Alecia surrounded the cake with 2 macaron towers especially designed for the evening by Macaron De Paris. Flavours created were Dark Chocolate and Cointreau, French Vanilla and Belgian Chocolate.
Boutique Affairs has done an amazing job again and what fantastic inspiration for anyone wanting to create a wow factor at their next event.
