Vroom, Vroom! For the car-loving little one, what better than a racing fun FERRARI party?!
Start your engines!!! This is the ultimate little boys birthday party. Perfectly co-ordinated with Ferrari red, yellow and lots of black and white checkered pattern for visual effect. What a fun 2nd birthday party for the super cute Alexander who loves everything cars.
There were so many yummy treats to excite the little race fans…not to mention the grown up Ferrari fanatics aswell. Guests indulged in the delicious milk and dark chocolate varieties of personalised chocolate bars with embossed Ferrari wrappers. There were also finger sized milk chocolates with a strawberry creme filling which were wrapped in the Ferrari logo and personalised with the birthday boy’s name and age.
The bright candy buffet was lavishly filled with colour co-ordinating sweets from mini red frogs and yellow banana lollies to black licorice sticks and red smarties. The various sized candy jars were all beautifully decorated with designer labels and co-ordinating ribbons. ”Disney Cars” was playing on the big screen which added a nice touch and tied the whole racing theme together.
Gorgeous racing themed cookies came in a multiple of fun designs… Mini Cars, Traffic Lights, Ferrari Logos, Speedometers and Racing Wheels. Not only did they look spectacular but they tasted delicious too. These creative treats stood perfectly placed on bright yellow and red table covers custom made by the lovely Carolyn of Caspa Australia, to tie in with the Ferrari theme.
The star of the candy buffet was the Formula One Ferrari Car CAKE! A mass of delicious vanilla mud cake was an absolute favourite for the birthday boy.
One of the big highlights of the party was the Red Ferrari ride on car. No coins necessary!!! All the kids were so excited to have unlimited rides on the car with the thrill lighting up their little faces.
Some extra special additions were the bright yellow French Macarons and the ‘melt in your mouth’ Rock Candies. Even little “Vroom Vroom” yellow & white checkered flags stood proudly on various food items. Each area of the party had it’s own sign to mark the race zone whether it be the Candy Buffet, Dessert Buffet, Hot Dog Stand, Pit Stop or Fuel Stop for the drinks table. You couldn’t miss the gourmet sized chocolate and vanilla cupcakes or the mini cupcakes with yellow icing and a cherry on top!
All details were perfectly co-ordinated to match the invitation which set the theme for the entire event. Outside was one of the main attractions for the little ones with their very own racing track area of black and white checkered flooring with a hay lined “Pit Stop”where they could re-fuel their ‘Little Tikes’ cars and grab a pit stop cloth to wipe their face and hands. Beside this area was a cool little kids table covered with drawing paper and topped with Ferrari colouring-in sheets so the kids could bring out their creative side too. This was a great activity to rest their tired little racing feet and also grab a bite to eat!
A sea of beach balls in yellow, black & white added another element of outdoor fun for the kiddies! This party definitely kept active little ones busy! The oversized GIANT balloons also added to the excitement.
The adult menu was kept fairly simple with the all time favourite American hot dogs with grilled onions and of course ketchup and mustard. Have a close look at the sauce labels, they were cleverly custom designed too. Pizza fingers, gourmet sandwiches and a variety of fingers foods also made a welcomed appearance.
Even the spring water had racing spirit, labelled with Ferrari logos and the pop top wild berry juices for the kids were labelled as “Formula 1 Fuel”.
What a spectacular kids party! This is sure to give you lots of fun inspiration for your child’s next car party! Maybe even a few ‘big’ kids might like a Ferrari party for their next birthday bash! Vroom, Vroom … have fun creating !

Fabulous! Oh I love these colors together and what a great theme, taken down to every detail! I love the straw lined race area with checkered floor, complete with cars! The kids table is so fun, love those dice and the matching chairs!
