A beautifully feminine styled event in soft purples and white created for a very worthy cause! Emily of Candy Couture generously donated her talents & time to supporting Breast Cancer Care Western Australia with a stunning dessert table themed ‘April in Paris’!

The lovely birdcage and Eiffel Tower props decorated with beautiful florals and fluffy white feathers added a soft feminine touch to the table.

Event details as described by Emily Galante of Amani Candy Couture

“The event was a Charity Evening to Benefit ‘Breast Cancer Care Western Australia’ the theme was ‘April in Paris’ it was held at the Rydges Hotel Perth. The Inspiration for the theme came from all of the women who have been suffering breast cancer who are now in remission and it is now ‘their’ time to bloom, just as the flowers bloom on Paris in the spring.

I donated the styling for the event as well as everything on the table being a charity event with all proceeds to go to a very worthy cause.

The colour scheme was white and soft purples.

The Paris letters as the table centre piece were hand painted and decorated, the back drop was ‘white on white’ damask wall paper as well as black and white images of the Eiffel tower.

The Highlight of the display for me was a French crystal chandelier decorated in fresh blooms hanging above the table.

The event managed to raise a very substantial amount of money for the cause and the guests certainly enjoyed their evening in Paris complete with lots of candy and croissants.”

Some of the delicious sweets the ladies were treated to were: Eiffel Tower iced cookies, white chocolate Eiffel Tower pops on a stick, mini danishes, nougat, chocolate croissants, pastries & vanilla macaroons to add a taste of Paris to the event!

The candy included lavender and white gourmet lollipops, lavender rock candy, bonbons and personalised Lindt chocolate bars.
