A stylish Neutral Dessert Table submitted to us by Virginie from That Cute Little Cake, which she created for her husband’s Birthday! It’s so great to see a stylish ‘men’s party’ filled with his favourite treats using a natural palette and contrasting pistachio green highlights. We love the rustic feel of this party as well as the individual elements on the table! How effective are the grape & kiwi fruit skewers as a great compliment to the champagne glasses?!

“The design started with the unique wood log pile backdrop I created especially (tutorial: click here ).
I knew this was going to be the focal point so I kept the theme natural and I tried to create an elegant display. I picked a natural palette of white, beige and brown and added some green accents in order to introduce some of my husband’s favourite Pistachio treats.
The sweet treats included a chocolate mud cake covered in chocolate ganache, brownies, pistachio financier, meringues, tiramisu, custards in 4 different flavours and caramel pots, all home baked.” (for Recipes: click here )
