Event Details as described by Alex Sowah of Saffy&May:

Cute Elephant Baby Shower

“I styled this baby shower for my sister, and I took inspiration from the cute festive elephant thank you tags by Candy Soirees.

When styling a baby shower, I love using items the mum to be can keep or use for their babies.  So I asked Emma from Ruby Two Shoes to make some baby bodysuits to use as a garland to decorate the backdrop.  Emma also made a soft toy elephant and an elephant design on a piece of fabric to use to cover a lamp shade.   In addition, I bought some beautiful muslin wraps in matching colours.

My sister is celiac so I asked Gillian from Crumbs of Comfort Cake Design to make a gluten free cake, cupcakes, cake pops and biscuits.  Instead of using platters, I displayed the desserts on white canvases decorated with  matching polka dot ribbon.  I also wrapped dark chocolate bars  in blue polka dot wrapping paper and yellow ribbon.  I used one of our white ruffled tablecloths.

On the tables, I put simple yet cute small balloon centerpieces and polka dot table runners.  As thank you gifts, each guest received a soap bar in a white paper bag, dressed up with polka dot ribbon and a festive elephant thank you tag.

I also used some of our yellow polka dot  and baby blue lanterns around the room.”

I was wondering what was put inside the tin buckets? Is it cut up paper?
