Is there a minimum order?
Yes, for invitations or announcements we require a minimum order of 20.
For Designer Photo Magnets a minimum order of 50 is required.
Are envelopes included with my order?
No they are not included, although you can purchase either standard or premium envelopes with your order at checkout.
Are magnets included with my order?
Yes, you will receive FREE pre-attached magnets on the reverse side of your photo invitation or announcement.
If you do not wish to have magnets included in your order, select the “No Magnets” option at the checkout.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal for online security. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. PayPal is an easy, fast and secure way to purchase online.

When will my order arrive?
Once you finalise payment of your order at checkout, your photo invitations and announcements are professionally printed, then posted to you by Express Post and should arrive at your nominated delivery address within 3-5 business days.
Australia Wide orders:
Approximately 3-5 business days for photo invitations and announcements.
Approximately 7-14 days for Designer Photo Magnets
Do I upload my own photograph or image?
Yes, you can currently upload photos in the following formats: .jpeg, .gif, .png.
What resolution should my digital photo be?
To ensure optimal print quality we recommend images be no smaller than 1800x1200(put measurement symbol in here? eg mm). If your photograph is scanned, you need to ensure that it is scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi. Photographs must be less than 5mb in size. (does dpi and mb need to be capitals?)
Can I use a professionally taken photograph / image?
Yes, with prior written consent from the photographer or agency.
Any photograph and/or image submitted to Marabous must not have any copyright restrictions upon it, as Marabous will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements for any photograph and/or image submitted by the customer without the copyright holder’s prior consent.
What if I notice an error on the items once I receive the order?
As you, the customer, control all data entry and image photo entry, it is your responsibility to proof read your product in the preview page before progressing to the final stage of ordering. A brand new order will need to be placed at your own cost if you find you have made an error/omission in your order.
Due to varying colour calibrations on computer monitors, resolution and printing equipment, colours may vary slightly from those seen on your screen and between different printing batches. Marabous cannot be held accountable for these differences. A difference in color/shade between your online proof and your printed product does not constitute an error on our part.
Poor photo quality also does not constitute an error on our part as all photography is the responsibility of you the customer.
If I'm not pleased with my order, can I have a refund?
Yes, only if there is found to be a manufacturing error. The customer controls the selection and personalisation of the product and is responsible for all data entry as well as the photo/image upload, position and quality. The customer is also responsible for proof reading to make sure everything is correct and in order. Please follow the user friendly step-by-step instructions to ensure correct ordering.
Do you edit/retouch photographs?
No, we do not edit/retouch your photographs. All photography/images are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Can I re-order more cards at a later date?
Yes, login to your account to view your previous orders and re-order or simply click the re-order in the bottom left of the homepage. All orders (including re-orders) require a minimum of 25 photo invitations or announcements. We always recommend ordering a few extra cards for those unexpected guests and as a keepsake for yourself.
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, Marabous Gift Certificates are available in various denominations and make an ideal gift for newly-weds, new parents and baby shower gifts just to name a few.
What are the terms and conditions of the Marabous Gift Certificate?
Marabous Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
Effective from 1st July 2011
All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
Gift Certificates must be redeemed through www.marabous.com.au towards the purchase of Marabous products.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Marabous Gift Certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused value at the date of expiry will not be refunded and will be deemed null and void.
Marabous and it’s affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. In the event of a lost or stolen Gift Certificate please email admin@marabous.com.au. At the discretion of Marabous, a new gift certificate/code may then be issued.
Marabous accepts no responsibility for the loss of any gift certificate due to the incorrect email or postage address provided by the purchaser. If the purchaser or recipient does not receive the gift certificate, the purchaser must contact Marabous immediately via email invites@marabous.com.au. At the discretion of Marabous, a new gift certificate/code may then be issued.
Marabous reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the marabous.com.au web site.
